Why Streamline?

Pricing intelligence, done properly.

Don't leave money on the table. Built for revenue, operations and executive teams who want measurable margin uplift, without standing up a data-science team or trusting a language model's opinion about your prices.

Trusted by operators pricing perishable seats, persistent units and everything in between, across APAC, Europe and the Americas.

What Streamline is (and isn't)

A focused product.
Not another spreadsheet, and not another rules engine.

We do one thing extraordinarily well: pricing intelligence. Perishable seats one minute, persistent storage units the next. Whether for finite and infinite-horizon inventory, Streamline learns your business. Designed for and by the people who actually run these businesses.

Not a model guessing at your prices

Forecast models trained on your demand

Streamline learns the patterns in your sales, competitive landscape and seasonal demand, then projects forward with confidence intervals you can actually defend in a board meeting.

Not rules-based threshold spaghetti

Continuous optimisation and exploration, not "if/then" rules

Econometric optimisation across price, demand and yield, paired with deliberate exploration so the model keeps learning where the demand curve actually bends. Recalculated every day, every booking class, every deployment. No more brittle rules engines that break the moment conditions shift.

Not another dashboard or spreadsheet

A product your revenue team operates daily

Approve, override, pause, schedule. Streamline is the tool your revenue manager opens every morning, not a science project that lives in a data scientist's laptop.

Behind the intelligence

What to charge, and when.

Every price reflects how you are selling today and what that does to revenue later.

  1. Your prices, learned from your sales

Streamline already knows your seasons, your holidays, and how far out people book. The recommendation starts from your history, not from a generic rule.

  2. Prices you have never tried

You are not stuck with fares you happened to charge before. Streamline looks across the prices you allow, and shows what demand would do there.

  3. See the booking before you publish the price

For any price, you see the likely bookings and how much space that leaves. You decide with the outcome in front of you.

  4. More revenue across the window

The price is the one expected to earn the most in total: what you take today, plus what that space is worth if you hold it.

Adapts as you sell

The price follows how you are selling.

Fill space that would go unsold

The price eases when the date is close and a lot is still open, when bookings are behind the usual pace, or when late buyers are shopping on price.

Keep the fare when demand will pay it

The price holds or firms when space is already tight, when demand is ahead of the usual pattern, or when late buyers are less sensitive to price.

Business Configuration

You set how bold it is. Streamline does the rest.

Risk appetite

Choose caution when demand is uncertain, or a more aggressive price when you want the upside.

Exploratory range

Choose a tight band around today’s price, or let Streamline look across the full range you allow.

The whole window

A price for every day, and every level of space left.

You open the product and the schedule is already there. What to charge with most of the inventory still open. What to charge when the date is close and you are nearly full.

From the world's busiest waterfronts to suburban storage networks, Streamline prices the moments that matter every sailing, every unit, every shift in demand.

Built by operational data scientists

Talk to the people behind the intelligence.

We're genuine data scientists who deal directly with operators. Not a marketing team selling a re-skinned spreadsheet. Not a development shop outsourcing the intelligence to someone with no connection to your business. When you call us, you get the people who built the model. When the model doesn't behave the way you expect, the people on the other end of the line know exactly why. A specialist team on the line, with the engineering, security and round-the-clock operations of a much larger commercial software business behind it.

Questions revenue and ops leaders ask

Is Streamline an "AI tool"?

Prices come from econometric forecasting and mathematical optimisation: proven yield-management techniques refined over decades, backtested against your own results. Every recommendation is traceable to the demand signal behind it. We use AI where it earns its place, and never to guess at a number.

How is this different from a Revenue Management System (RMS)?

Most RMSs focus on the operational and transactional side of revenue management: inventory, allocations, channel distribution, reporting. Pricing intelligence is usually an after-thought, delivered as rules-based logic bolted onto the booking system. Streamline is the opposite: pricing intelligence is the product, it learns your demand and optimises continuously, and it sits alongside whichever booking, ticketing or PMS vendor you already use.

Do I need a data team to operate Streamline?

No. The product is designed for revenue managers, operations managers and commercial leads. The data scientists are ours; you operate the recommendations, approve or override them, and we keep the model honest behind the scenes.

How quickly do operators see results?

Most see measurable revenue impact within 6–8 weeks of go-live. The model is able to train on your historical data during onboarding, and the live optimisation begins on day one of trial. And if you've got no sales history that can be used to train a custom pricing intelligence model, we can start just by knowing about your business and learn the behavioural patterns of your customers over time.

Will dynamic pricing damage our brand?

Only if it's done badly. Streamline gives you full price-floor and price-ceiling controls, plus override and approval workflows, so dynamic pricing reads as fair, well-managed yield management to your customers, not surge pricing. In many cases, both downward and upward price adjustments provide an overall benefit to both your business and your customers: customers get access to better prices when demand is soft, and your highest-intent customers fund the capacity that keeps the service running at peak.

What integrations do you support?

Streamline plugs into the booking, ticketing and PMS systems operators already run on; if yours isn't listed, talk to us. Most integrations take days, not months. See the full integrations directory for more information.
