You retain full ownership of all operational and booking data you provide. We do not sell your data. Any derivatives or analytics generated using your data remain subject to the terms we agree with you.

We may use aggregated, anonymised data for product improvement and to showcase the benefits of Streamline. Such use is described in our agreements and does not include personally identifiable or customer-specific information.

We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorised access or disclosure. Data is secured in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.

Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of performing under the agreement. Upon termination, data access is revoked and confidential data is destroyed within the agreed period.
